Payment & Confirmation

Payment for bookings can be made using a VISA Card or MasterCard when booking online on our secure site or through our Call Centres. Payments can also be made by cash at all our Sales Centres in the city or airport and at our appointed Travel Agents.

air arabia is a ticket-less airline, which makes flying with us even easier, so there’s no need to worry about collecting the tickets. All you need to remember is your Confirmation Number and to bring your passport along with valid visas.

Passengers who book over the Internet will be sent an e-mail that includes their Confirmation Number and itinerary details, provided they have supplied a valid e-mail address. If you book your seats over the telephone with our Call Centre, you will receive a confirmation letter detailing your itinerary by email.

We are also pleased to provide our passengers with new booking & cash payment options, through our association with various partners. We currently have this facility with select partners and will soon extend to more across the region.

UAE Exchange, UAE

air arabia has entered a partnership with UAE Exchange offering its customers a more convenient and secure method of paying by cash for flights.

For a nominal feel of AED 10/- per transaction, you can make a reservation with the air arabia Call Centre in the UAE, and request to pay by cash at UAE Exchange outlets. The booking will be held for 24 hours, allowing you to go to any one of the UAE Exchange Branches. On presentation of your reservation number at your preferred UAE Exchange outlet, you will be requested to pay the full amount of your ticket along with the transaction fee. Your booking will be confirmed and you will be given your itinerary.

The booking will be held for 24 hours, allowing you to go to any one of the UAE Exchange Branches. For passengers in Oman,air arabia is pleased to announce a partnership with BankMuscat offering a more convenient and secure method of paying by cash for flights.

For a nominal feel of OMR 1/- per transaction, you can make a reservation with the air arabia Call Centre in Oman, and request to pay by cash through BankMuscat. The booking will be held for 24 hours, allowing you to go to any one of the 107 BankMuscat Branches or through BankMuscat Phome Banking or Internet Banking. You must then inform the Call Centre of you payment details following which you will receive your Reservation Confirmation by fax or email, at your home or office.

Nations Trust Bank, Sri Lanka

For a nominal feel of LKR 500 per transaction, you can make a reservation with the air arabia Call Centre in Sri Lanka, and request to pay by cash through National Trust Bank. The booking will be held for 24 hours, allowing you to go to any one of the NTB Branches. On presentation of your reservation number at your preferred branch, you will be requested to pay the full amount of your ticket along with the transaction fee. Your booking will be confirmed and you will be given your itinerary.

Emirates, NBD

Air arabia has enhanced its partnership with Emirates NBD by offering its customers the opportunity to pay for their bookings through electronic banking channels. Easy payments can now be made anywhere in the UAE using any Emirates NBD ATM or Cash Deposit Machine (CDM).

You can make a booking at air arabia Call Centre in the UAE, and then pay by cash at ENBD CDMs, or from your ENBD debit card at ENBD ATMs for a nominal fee of AED 10 per transaction. By entering your booking number and departure date on any ENBD ATMs and CDMs, you will be requested to pay the full amount of your ticket along with the transaction fee. The ATM or CDM receipt will be your itinerary.

This fast and convenient payment facility is offered to all air arabia customers, whether they are Emirates NBD account holders or not. Emirates NBD account holders can use ATMs & CDMs, while other banks customers can pay through ENBD CDMs only. The machines are easy to be used they are programmed in both Arabic & English.
