We are on the look out for a mature and committed professional, to join our Safety team in the Operations Department.
Main Responsibilities:
- Maintain the voluntary reporting database for Air Safety Reports.
- Initiate incident investigation process by reporting events through the established channels.

6. Crewing Officer Ref: OPS/CO/03/08 -NEW-
We are on the look out for dynamic, friendly and committed professional, to join our Operations Department as a Crewing Officer.
Key Result Areas
- To assure the day to day management and modification of the published rosters as per operational requirement.
- To provide solutions during flight disruption and ensure optimum utilization of crew.
- Monitoring of Flight Crew and Cabin Crew published rosters, ensuring strict adherence to GCAA mandatory regulations.
- Ensuring that all flights are crewed in accordance with GCAA and company rules and regulations while maintaining company requirements.

- Graduate with minimum 2 years of working experience in an administrative, flight or cabin crew role is essential.

Job Purpose
To provide a critical support function to the company’s aircraft operation by accurately generating flight plans and responding quickly and efficiently to ATC slots issued, in order to optimise OTP.
Responsibilities
- Prepares operational flight plans taking into account fuel requirements and safety limits.
- Produces and file Flight Plans with ATC.
- Generates computerized flight dispatch services.
- Analyses NOTAMS and weather data. Calculate RTOW and ZFW as required.

- Handles all the staff related visa requirements of the airline in a timely and efficient manner.

You will be responsible for carrying out scheduled and non-scheduled maintenance requirements on the Air Arabia A320 fleet. This will include regularly accompanying the aircraft on flying duties as required. You will be part of a small team, and responsibilities will include interaction with our various Maintenance Providers and supervising maintenance inputs from a customer prospective. You will also be involved in defect control and repetitive defect monitoring in conjunction with our Maintenance provider.
Qualifications/Experience/Skills
- Holder of a UAE GCAA Aircraft maintenance engineers licence.
- ICAO Type II licence.
- A320 and CFM56-5A/5B type training with approvals.
- A pro-active attitude with the flexibility required for working within a small organization.

2. Engineers/ Mechanics

Qualifications and Experience for the above positions:
- Should possess Airbus A320 Fleet/CFM56-5A/5B type training with approvals.
- Minimum 5 years experience in the above respective fields of Airbus A320.
- Degree in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering.
- Should be a holder of an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer’s Licence in the country of employment i.e ICAO TYPEII, JAR, UK CAA or FAA.

3. MCC (Duty Control Engineer) Ref: ENG/MCC/DCE/05/08 -NEW-
We are on the look out for professional engineers to join our MCC team in Engineering.
Responsibilities
- Reports to MCC Supervisor and is responsible for the control of ABY aircraft defects, whether the aircraft is airborne or on ground.
- Review debriefs generated by aircraft systems such as ACARS for preventive maintenance.
- Coordinate with Aircraft Maintenance Schedule (AMS), Base Maintenance and Line Stations to align aircraft for defect rectification.
- Support out station engineers on guidance for troubleshooting defects.
- Prepare daily critical and delay reports and produce it to management and dispatch reliability/review.
- Ground, if necessary, an aircraft in case of a potential AOG situation arises at Line Stations.
- Divert the aircraft as a last option, in case of a potential AOG situation arises in flight.
- Coordinate with other sections for granting MDD extension.
- Issue Design Deviation Order (DDO) after consulting Manager Engineering.
- Keep all aircraft publications up to date.
- Take the responsibility of MCC Supervisor in his absence.
Candidate profile
- A degree holder with ICAO type AME license, holding company approvals on A320.
- Minimum of 15 years Aircraft Maintenance Experience preferably MCC and line experience. At least 5 years as MCC Controller.

4. Production Controller Ref: ENG/PC/05/08 -NEW-
We are on the look out for young, dynamic and committed professional, to join our Engineering Team.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for checking completeness of work package received from Production Planning.
- Ensure maintenance cards are sequenced/displayed in the Control Docks and additional arisings resulting from inspections are actioned in a prioritized order (Pre-docking, ship-shop-ship/ inspection/ routine/clean/lube/servicing/final inspection).
- Raise all incoming defects from the Tech/Cabin Log.
- Responsible for electronically removing and routing routable components through RAL during aircraft inputs.

- The correct binning and issuing of aircraft parts ensuring company and airworthiness regulations are maintained.
